My package still says Pre-Transit. Is it still on the way?
Yes! Sometimes packages can take longer to get scanned if the post office is busy but, your package is still on the way! If your order has still not arrived by the scheduled delivery date, please feel free to reach out to me!
Processing time
My processing time is currently 9 business days. This is an average on how long it will take for me to get to your order however, some orders may ship quicker or slower than this, depending on the order. I also typically ship packages in order of receiving them so, older orders will get shipped before newer orders.
If you need your package quickly, especially during the holidays, I would suggest purchasing Priority Shipping. During the holidays, my processing time will increase so please keep that in mind when placing an order!
What if my product arrives broken or damaged?
